Chicken Ranch Wrap
1/2 cup freeze dried chicken
1/2 cup freeze dried broccoli
1-2 flour tortillas
1 Hidden Valley Ranch packet 1.5 oz
At home, add chicken and broccoli to freezer bag.
Add 1 1/4 cup cold water to re-hydrate. This can be done before you reach your stopping point if you are short on time. Just make sure your freezer bag is well sealed. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes. Drain off water, squeezing the chicken and broccoli to make sure to get the excess. Add to tortilla(s). Drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
Note: I like a thinner wrap and use two burrito sized tortillas. This also works well with taco sized tortillas, but may be a little more messy. I like this for an easy lunch that packs a flavor punch and allows for variances. You can substitute Creamy Caesar or Blue Cheese dressing.
Weight: 1.5 oz for chicken & broccoli. 1.5 oz for Ranch dressing. 3 oz total.
